Nathan Truong
Hi, Teacher Nathan here! I’ve spent majority of my summers working as a summer camp leader and have been working with kids since high school. I started my career with child development during the beginning of the pandemic as an after school program teacher at a public school and moved on to do the same at a private school. During this time I realized this field was my passion and that all kids deserve to have a fun/engaging education regardless of their background. My goal is to be able to help nurture the curiosity every child is born with and encourage them to always explore!

Paula Cortes
¡Hola! I’m Teacher Paula, a bilingual preschool teacher from Bogota Colombia with a passion for nurturing young minds through nature, creativity, and joyful exploration.
At our forest school, I will guide children in discovering the wonders of the outdoors—whether we're crafting with natural materials, singing songs under the trees (in English and Spanish), or embarking on imaginative adventures. I believe that hands-on experiences in nature spark curiosity, build confidence, and foster a deep love for learning.
With a heart full of music and a backpack of art supplies, I strive to create a warm, inclusive environment where every child feels inspired to grow, play, and connect with the world around them.

Ellie Chan
Hi there! I’m Ellie Chan and I have over 19 years of experience working with children. I grew up in sunny Sacramento, CA, where I studied Early Childhood Education and became certified in the Maria Montessori method. Over the years, I’ve been a Lead Teacher, Youth Soccer Coach, Site Lead Coordinator at Argonne Elementary, and I used to formally operate my own daycare/ preschool.I moved to San Francisco to be with my amazing husband and we share two beautiful pre-teen daughters. When I’m not molding the minds of our future leaders, you can find me roller skating, exploring new eateries, or playing with my collection of magical crystals.
As an educator, I believe in guiding children to the doorway of discovery. I can show them where to look, but I trust them to discover what they see. I’m excited to be part of this community and can’t wait to create, learn, and make memories together.
